Along with programs and services for K-12 students, Community Education/Recreation also offers programs for young children, families, adults with disabilities, adults and senior citizens in the following program areas:
- Community Recreation and Aquatics -youth and adult sports clinics, fitness classes, aquatics, swimming lessons, structured exercise classes, walking for exercise and other activities
- Adult Classes-financial planning, parenting, cooking, art, computer basics, home and hobbbies, health and wellness and trips and tours
- Youth Programs- foreign languages, science, art, drivers education and more
- Senior Citizens - 55 Alive driving courses and trips and tours
- School Age Care - school age care for students in grades K-5 before and after school, non-school days and during the summer
- Adult Basic Education - GED class and testing, English as a Second Language and review for college entry, prepare for interviews and job search plans and exploring career options
- Adults with Disabilities - educational, recreational and leisure activities for socializing and learning for families and people with disabilities
- Facility Rental - 'public use' scheduling of school facilities
- Colvill Family Center - Colvill Kids preschool program, Early Childhood Family Education(ECFE), Learning Readiness and Early Childhood Special Education(ECSE)
