Community Recreation
Community Recreation is here to help our residents and visitors enjoy activities that enhance their leisure time. We are a Joint Powers organization created in 1996 between the City of Red Wing and the Red Wing School District. Community Rec is overseen by a Joint Powers board comprised of members from City Council, School Board and staff. The board meets monthly to oversee programs, policies, procedures, and fees.
